Real Estate Inspections Focus On:
1. Cobwebs Removed From All Eaves, Sills And Frames.
Don't just focus on the glass surfaces. Remove any cobwebs you see on any surface you can SAFELY reach.
Gutters can harbour a lot of spiders and their webs.
This is the standard that real estate agents in particular expect.

Most windows needing a clean will have flyspots or hardened insect stains on them. These need to be removed. Cloudy ammonia will work,
but I prefer windex. Combined with warm soapy water and a white scouring pad it will make short work of fly spots and moth other stains including cigarette smoke residue. External screens and partitions such as this can become heavily stained by flys and other insects on both surfaces.
4. Drop Sheets Used. No Damage To Carpets, Furniture Or Fittings.
Carpets and furniture are protected from accidental splashing by placing a sheet over them during a window clean.
It's generally not too much water and the small amount on the sill can be easily wiped up.

It's amazing how many people believe they can skip cleaning the bathroom and toilet windows entirely because they are opaque and can't be seen through but they need to be cleaned also.
