Winter Solstice Fremantle 21/06/2013

Window Cleaner Fremantle.
Today marks the shortest day in what is proving to be a glorious winter this year. My day is not hectic at all and I have the chance to enjoy Fremantle during the quiet time.
People seem to be either rugged up in woollens and beanies with scarves today or they are dressed in shorts and short sleeves enjoying the almost hot sun. I'm working for a long time client The Capri Restaurant Fremantle.
South Terrace is an ever changing vista. People like to eat here and watch the world pass by.
A sharp and chilly Easterly ruffles the water in the harbour and pushes the outgoing tide into the sea.
Dazzling. There really is something to be said for this town in the off season.
I wouldn't be in Bali right now for anything. The summer is long and hard in these, the twin cities of Perth and Fremantle and the window cleaner is in great demand during that period.   I have learned to appreciate the really very decent time that can be had in this town right now.
