Over the years I have been asked this question word for word as if from a written script;The phone will ring and a hesitant voice will ask "how much do you charge to clean windows?"
An offer of dropping by to give a free quote is almost always declined and again comes the question to which I've come to bluntly reply with an hourly rate which is always declined.
