Bushland Scenes Shenton Park Mike Dorans Windy City Window Cleaning

Bushland Scenes Shenton Park

I took these photos in Shenton Park Bushland last year in response to one of the most impressive flowerings of blackboy I have ever seen

This one really got into the spirit of the thing.

Some very fine stands of remnant jarrah.
SHENTON BUSHland SHENTON PARK.
PERTH WESTern AUSTralia.

I lived in Shenton Park for seven years from 1993 until early '01 and I was completely unaware of the very fine stand of bush shown in these photos.
West of the railway line it is a part of the suburb that often goes unnoticed.
In many ways Shenton Park represents the heart of my round and it is a suburb I thought I knew. It is refreshing, then, to find such a decent pocket of country.
